Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. We work Monday to Friday for dispatch, so please note that weekends and holidays may affect processing times.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship all over India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer delivery within 4-5 business days from the order date. Shipping rates vary based on the order size and delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track the real-time status and location of your package.

At Bhumi Naturals, we do not accept returns unless an incorrect size, damaged product, or wrong item has been sent.
Incorrect Size

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only in the following cases:
• Damaged product
• Incorrect size received
• Wrong item delivered
Please note that returns and refunds are not available.
Order Modification & Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as all shipments go through a thorough quality check before dispatch.
